1. כללי

גולדברג רם אדריכלים בע״מ (ח.פ 513315655), מפעילת אפליקציית BIFNIM והאתר הנלווה לה, רואה חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני, מכובד, נגיש ומקצועי לכלל לקוחותיה, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות, בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ״ח-1998, ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג-2013.

אנו משקיעים משאבים ומאמצים שוטפים בהנגשת האפליקציה והאתר, מתוך אמונה שלכל אדם מגיעה הזכות לחיות בשוויון, בכבוד, בנוחות ובעצמאות.

2. רמת הנגישות באתר ובאפליקציה

אנו פועלים להתאים את האתר ואת האפליקציה לדרישות התקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 ("קווים מנחים לנגישות תכנים באינטרנט") ברמה AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.1 הבין-לאומיות.

בין ההתאמות שבוצעו:

2א. רכיב הנגישות

באתר ובאפליקציה (בגרסת הדפדפן) זמין רכיב נגישות: כפתור צף עם סמל הנגישות המוכר (דמות אדם בעיגול), המופיע בצד ימין של המסך בכל העמודים — כולל דפי הנחיתה, הדפים המשפטיים ועורך התוכניות. לחיצה על הכפתור פותחת תפריט התאמות:

ההעדפות חלות מיידית, נשמרות בדפדפן בין ביקורים, ועוברות בין דפי האתר לאפליקציה באותו דפדפן. התפריט עצמו ניתן להפעלה מלאה במקלדת (Escape לסגירה) ומתויג עבור קוראי מסך.

3. מגבלות נגישות ידועות

BIFNIM היא אפליקציה לשרטוט ועיצוב אדריכלי. המגבלה הידועה תחומה לאינטראקציה הישירה עם משטח השרטוט בלבד: שרטוט חופשי בקנבס הדו-ממדי (גרירת קירות ועריכת גאומטריה בעכבר/מגע) והניווט החופשי בסצנה התלת-ממדית. פעולות אלה הן מטבען מרחביות-חזותיות ומבוססות-מצביע, ובשלב זה אינן ניתנות לביצוע מלא באמצעות מקלדת או קורא מסך.

מגבלה זו אינה חלה על שאר השירות: שכבת הממשק של העורך (סרגלי כלים, פאנלים, הגדרות וחלוניות), ניהול הפרויקטים, הצפייה בנתונים, הייצוא, החיובים וההגדרות — מתוכננים לנגישות וניתנים להפעלה במקלדת, בכפוף לחריגים המתועדים לעיל. ממצאי סבבי הביקורת מתועדים ומטופלים באופן שוטף בצ'קליסט הביקורת שלנו; נכון לסבב האחרון (17.8.2026) הפערים שאותרו בביקורת תוקנו ואומתו בסריקה חוזרת.

חלופה אנושית זמינה: אם נתקלתם בקושי להשתמש בחלק כלשהו של השירות — ובפרט בפעולות השרטוט הישיר — נשמח לסייע באופן אישי, כולל ביצוע פעולות עבורכם בטלפון או בדוא״ל, באמצעות מוקד התמיכה שבאפליקציה (זמין גם ללא התחברות) או בפנייה ישירה לרכז הנגישות (סעיף 5). המידע והשירות יסופקו בדרך חלופית ונגישה.

3א. שימוש במקלדת בעורך התוכניות

שכבת הממשק של עורך התוכניות — סרגלי הכלים, הפאנלים, ההגדרות והחלוניות — ניתנת להפעלה במקלדת. קיצורי המקלדת הזמינים:

השרטוט הישיר על הקנבס והניווט בסצנה התלת-ממדית מבוססי עכבר/מגע (ראו סעיף 3); לביצוע פעולות אלה בדרך חלופית ניתן לפנות לרכז הנגישות.

בנוסף, עומדת לרשותכם האפשרות לפנות לנציבות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות במשרד המשפטים.

Accessibility Statement (English Summary)

Goldberg Ram Architects Ltd. (Company Reg. No. 513315655), operator of the BIFNIM app and website, is committed to providing an equal, respectful and accessible service to all customers, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and the Service Accessibility Regulations (2013).

We work to conform to Israeli Standard 5568 (based on WCAG 2.1) at level AA. Implemented measures include full RTL/Hebrew document language and direction, accessible names and roles on interactive controls, WCAG AA color contrast across the public pages and core screens (the latest audit scan, 17 Aug 2026, found no contrast violations on the scanned surfaces), unrestricted browser and pinch zoom (up to 5×), per-screen headings, landmarks and unique page titles with a skip link, labelled forms with screen-reader-announced errors, status announcements (live regions), named dialogs with focus management and Escape handling, reduced-motion support, captioned tutorial videos, and keyboard-operable registration, billing, settings and support flows. The plan editor's UI layer (toolbars, panels, settings and dialogs) is keyboard-operable with a visible focus indicator; editor shortcuts include Tab/Shift+Tab, Enter/Space, Escape, Delete, arrow-key nudging, direct numeric width entry for selected doors/windows/openings, Ctrl+Z/Y undo/redo and Ctrl+C/V copy/paste.

Accessibility widget: a floating accessibility button (the familiar person-in-circle mark) appears on the right-hand side of every web page — the landing pages, the legal pages and the app itself, including the plan editor. It opens a menu offering text-size adjustment, a readable font, letter/line spacing and text alignment, contrast modes (high contrast, monochrome, dark-warm), pausing animations and motion (complementing the OS "reduce motion" preference), muting sounds, link highlighting, a large cursor, hiding images, showing alt text, enhanced keyboard navigation, ready-made profiles, a one-click reset, and a link to this statement. Choices apply immediately, persist in the browser and carry over between the website and the app. The menu is fully keyboard-operable (Escape closes it) and labeled for screen readers.

Known limitation (narrowly scoped): direct drawing on the 2D canvas (mouse/touch wall drawing and geometry editing) and free navigation inside the 3D scene are inherently spatial, pointer-driven interactions and are not yet fully operable via keyboard or screen reader. This limitation does not extend to the rest of the service — the editor's surrounding UI, project management, data viewing, exports, billing and settings are designed to be accessible and keyboard-operable, subject to the documented exceptions above. Audit findings are tracked in our audit checklist; as of the latest audit round (17 Aug 2026) the previously documented findings have been fixed and re-verified.
