Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BIFNIM application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BIFNIM is an architectural and interior design application that allows users to create floor plans, design rooms, manage design projects, and generate AI-powered design visualizations. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

Delivery of the Service: BIFNIM is a fully digital service. Access to the App, to subscription benefits and to purchased token packages is granted immediately and automatically upon payment confirmation — no physical delivery is involved. If access is not available within a reasonable time after a confirmed payment, contact us and we will restore access or refund the charge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including floor plans, designs, and project data.
• You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, and share.
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI services to generate design suggestions and visualizations. AI-generated content is provided for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI-generated designs for actual construction or renovation projects. Always consult qualified professionals for architectural and construction decisions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or servers.
• Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of BIFNIM. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIFNIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is a design tool and should not be used as the sole basis for construction or renovation decisions.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from inside the App: open Profile → Delete Account and confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your account, all projects you own, exports, favorites, AI conversations, render history, and pricebook customizations are erased. Backups are purged within 30 days. If you cannot access the in-app option, email us at the address below.

15. Business Responsibility

The App and the website are operated by Goldberg Ram Architects Ltd. (Company Reg. No. 513315655), which is responsible for the content displayed on the site, for the transactions carried out through it, and for the sale, provision, delivery and support of the Service. Customer service is available through the contact details in Section 18 and through the in-app support chat.

16. Cancellation and Refunds

Every customer who completes a purchase will receive the service purchased (subscription benefits or token packages) as described in Section 2. If a confirmed payment is not followed by delivery of the service, and we are unable to restore access within a reasonable time, the customer will receive a full refund of the charge.

Transaction cancellation is available in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its distance-selling regulations. The full cancellation procedure, timeframes and refund terms are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Cancellation and refund requests can be made directly from the Billing screen in the App or through the contact details below.

17. Privacy

We respect the privacy of our customers. Personal data collected through the App and the website is stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms, and in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
